Terms of Purchase
We operate in a fair and transparent manner. No hidden fees, no trying to sell you add ons that you don’t need or want.
We no longer accept card payments due to the increase in Card Fraud.
We do not take deposits on vehicles that have not been inspected by the customer.
We require cleared funds before we will release any vehicle.
We will accept Bank Cheques but vehicles will not be released until the payments have cleared.
Our preference is a Direct Bank Transfer or a BACS/CHAPS payment as this guarantees us cleared funds and protects the customer with a clear audit trail.
We do not accept cash payments any longer due to Money Laundering regulations.
We will require a copy of photo ID and a proof of Address for all purchases.
We operate on a first come first served basis. We will not hold cars for people. If you want it, come and look at it! If you have notified us that you are on your way to look at the vehicle, and are travelling some distance, we will not sell it to any other party until you have arrived and been given the opportunity to inspect and drive the vehicle. If you do not arrive at the specified time and have not contacted us to tell us that you have been delayed we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to other parties.
